Who We Are
Elite Lashes is a premier salon for lash extensions and beauty services. We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lift, tinting, brows, PMU, facials, Japanese head spa, and more.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated Beauty Studio Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and able to provide excellent customer service during both calm and busy times.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and guide them to the proper beauty station.
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person questions.
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using our scheduling system.
- Confirm appointments with both clients and beauty technicians.
- Process transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
- Inform clients about services, discounts, gift cards, and promotions.
- Cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
- Assist with social media scheduling, posting, photos, and videos when needed.
- Update client records and help maintain the customer database.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a Windows PC.
- Familiar with POS systems or willing to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to learn quickly and upsell services professionally.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated, ambitious, reliable, and professional.
Pay
Starting pay is $10/hour during the 1-month training period. After training, a new offer may be made at $13–$15/hour, depending on performance.
Schedule
- Monday – Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Lash Artist / Lash Technician who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You should be able to work independently, understand the importance of safe eyelash extension application, and bring a motivated, friendly, and responsible attitude to the team.
Responsibilities
- Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Perform high-quality professional eyelash extension services.
- Customize each lash set based on the client’s needs, eye shape, and desired look.
- Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend aftercare products.
- Understand and promote Elite Lashes services, upgrades, retail products, and memberships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and sanitary work area.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of lash beds and common areas.
- Perform services within allotted times.
Required Skills
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
- 1+ year as a Lash Stylist preferred, but not required.
- Experience with handmade volume fans preferred, but not required.
- Customer-service focused and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist.
- Must be willing to learn Elite Lashes’ application techniques.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and management.
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
- Waxing, lash lift, and tinting experience is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and ambitious.
