ELITE LASHES USA · THREE SAN ANTONIO LOCATIONS
Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026
Your information helps us answer questions, arrange appointments and provide your Elite experience. This notice explains what we collect, how it is used and how to reach us about your privacy.
1. Who this policy covers
Elite Lashes LLC (Stone Oak), Elite Lashes & Med Spa LLC (Alamo Ranch) and Elite Lashes & Head Spa LLC (De Zavala) (“Elite,” “we,” “us”) provide this notice, each for its own location. The business that operates the location you visit, book with or message is responsible for the information handled for that location. These businesses share the Elite Lashes brand, websites and certain customer-support systems, and may share information with each other as needed to route your request and operate shared systems. This policy applies to elitelashes.com and the Elite customer-facing pages that link to it, including our service, offer, head-spa, app and consent-form pages. It does not cover forms or pages of other businesses that may be hosted on the same systems, or the privacy practices of independent platforms you choose to use.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request assistance, book services, buy or use a gift card, join a promotion or rewards program, or complete a service form. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, selected location, appointment details, service preferences, gift card or transaction references, consent records, signatures and messages or attachments you send.
Service consultation and consent forms may request allergies, sensitivities, relevant health conditions, medications or other information needed to assess whether a requested service is appropriate. Provide this information through the designated form or directly to our team, rather than an AI chat. Payment and booking platforms collect payment information under their own notices. Do not send full payment card numbers or security codes in messages.
Our websites and technology providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, referral information, pages viewed, and interactions such as banner clicks and booking-button clicks. We receive appointment and transaction information from our booking providers and messages from channels you use to contact us.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to questions; route requests to the correct location; arrange and manage appointments; provide services and document consent; administer purchases, gift cards and rewards; send service communications; investigate complaints; prevent misuse; maintain security; comply with applicable obligations; and measure and improve our websites and customer experience. We may use contact information for promotional communications where permitted and with consent when required. Consent to promotional messaging is not a condition of purchasing services.
4. AI-assisted messaging and human support
Where offered, automated or AI-assisted tools may answer routine questions about services, locations, policies and booking options. If you message us through Google Business Profile or another messaging channel, the information processed may include your telephone number or channel identifier, message contents and attachments, conversation timestamps, delivery information and the replies generated for you.
Elite staff and the providers involved in operating that channel—including messaging, AI, hosting and support providers—may process conversation information to deliver responses, maintain conversation context, route a request to staff, troubleshoot problems and maintain service quality and security. Google, mobile carriers and other channel operators may also process information under their own privacy notices. Provider-specific storage and use depend on the channel and its applicable terms.
AI responses can contain errors. Please confirm appointments, prices and any exception with our team. A chat reply alone does not confirm an appointment or approve a refund or policy exception. You can ask for a team member or call your location. Please do not send medical records, government identification, passwords or payment-card details through AI messaging. For questions about an allergy or a service concern, contact staff directly. Messaging is not an emergency service.
6. Cookies, advertising and communication choices
Cookies and similar tools can support site functions, analytics and advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser and use any privacy controls presented on the website. Blocking cookies may affect some features. To request that Elite stop processing information for targeted advertising or selling personal data, contact us using the methods below. We will explain available options and honor requests as required by applicable law.
For promotional email, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. For text or RCS messages, use the opt-out instructions provided by that messaging program, such as STOP where supported, or contact our team. Message and data rates may apply; frequency depends on your interactions and the program you join. For help, use HELP where supported or call your location. Promotional opt-out does not prevent communications needed to manage an existing appointment or transaction where permitted. Consent to receive marketing messages must be obtained separately when required.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service and transaction records, resolving disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the service and the platform used. Independent providers may apply their own retention schedules. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service or transmission is completely secure.
8. Privacy requests and appeals
You may contact us to ask about your information, request access or a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or request an opt-out of targeted advertising, sale or certain profiling. Available legal rights and exceptions depend on your location and the law applicable to the business and information involved. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request.
Email us with the subject “Privacy Request,” call your location, or write to the Stone Oak address below, attention Privacy Requests. Include your name, how to contact you, the location or service involved and the request. Do not include sensitive documents in the initial request. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before releasing or changing records. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we respond within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension with notice. If we decline a request, you may appeal through the same contact methods with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Where that Act applies, we respond to an appeal within 60 days and explain how to contact the Texas Attorney General if the appeal is denied. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
9. Children and third-party services
Our websites and messaging are intended for adults. Children under 13 should not submit information to us. Services for minors, such as Kid Head Spa, are booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the minor’s information to us for that service. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information without a parent’s or guardian’s permission, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Links to booking, payment, social media and other third-party services lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices. Please review those notices before providing information.
10. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services, practices or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the version in effect. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
