This was my very first head spa experience, and wow—I'm officially obsessed. I booked a diamond head spa at the new De Zavala location and Gracie took such amazing care of me. She explained different head spa package options, made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole treatment was unbelievably relaxing. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally pampered. If you're new to head spas like I was, I recommend giving this service a try!

I had such a wonderful experience with both the facial and head spa services. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Did a model service and they didn’t even ask me what I like or want… just applied baby lashes that you could hardly see. Then I begin to have excessive fallout the following day. Those lashes didn’t even last a no more than 3 days… don’t know what happened there.

During model services, styles are often selected based on the training process and timing for the technician. To respect our clients, staff, and appointment schedule, please review our salon policies before booking.

Lash Fill Pricing Is Based on Days

Lash fill pricing is based on the number of days since your last appointment, not only how your lashes look. Pricing may vary depending on both the day range and the condition of your remaining lash extensions.

Fill Window Policy

Fill appointments are calculated by day range: 4–10 days, 11–17 days, 18–24 days, or 25–31 days. Appointments past the allowed fill window may be considered a new full set.

Over 31 Days Requires Full Set

All lash sets over 31 days old require a new full set. This helps protect lash quality, retention, and the final result of your service.

Lash Condition Assessment

If there are not enough extensions remaining, or less than approximately 30% of the lash set remains, your appointment may be changed to a full set or extended fill based on your technician’s assessment.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee.

No-Show / No-Call

A 100% no-show / no-call fee will be charged for any missed appointment without notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving late may affect the quality of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten your service, apply a $40 late fee, or decline the appointment.

Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances, including no-show fees, late-cancellation fees, or unpaid charges, must be cleared before future appointments.

Late arrivals may reduce the fullness or retention of your lash set. Please arrive on time so we can provide the best result possible.
