I had the most amazing experience with the Japanese Head Spa summer special at Elite Lashes & Head Spa – Alamo Ranch! The massage and facial were top-tier, but what truly made it unforgettable was the surprise birthday celebration waiting for me, a personalized Happy Birthday sign with my name!
Lynn, went above and beyond to make me feel pampered and loved. She even took a video of my service so I could share the moment with friends and family. Such a thoughtful and personal touch!

We booked a head spa appointment and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Before the session even began, I appreciated the thoughtful intake questionnaire, it asked if I preferred explanations of what was being done or if I just wanted to relax, plus preferences for water temperature and massage pressure. That level of detail really impressed me!

Amy was my technician and she was wonderful. She followed my preferences perfectly, and the session was customized just the way I like it. The entire head spa treatment was next-level, I honestly didn’t want it to end. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time. Every part of the treatment felt intentional and therapeutic, and I truly can’t even pick a favorite part because it was all so good.

I chose the Summer Gold Head Spa package since it was my first time, but they offer a variety of customizable packages and add-ons to create a unique, personalized experience. Booking was easy and I was able to find a time that worked well with my schedule.
I also brought my daughter along for the Kid’s Head Spa (we were told this is the Silver Spa service), and her technician treated her just like any adult client, so kind, respectful, and professional. My daughter absolutely loved it and left glowing.

We are both so glad we found this gem in San Antonio!
They also offer membership packages, I’ll definitely be upgrading to either the Diamond or Elite. And with gift certificates available, I’ll be giving these out to friends and family, it’s the perfect self-care treat!
