To respect our clients, staff, and appointment schedule, please review our salon policies before booking.
Lash Fill Pricing Is Based on Days
Lash fill pricing is based on the number of days since your last appointment, not only how your lashes look. Pricing may vary depending on both the day range and the condition of your remaining lash extensions.
Fill Window Policy
Fill appointments are calculated by day range: 4–10 days, 11–17 days, 18–24 days, or 25–31 days. Appointments past the allowed fill window may be considered a new full set.
Over 31 Days Requires Full Set
All lash sets over 31 days old require a new full set. This helps protect lash quality, retention, and the final result of your service.
Lash Condition Assessment
If there are not enough extensions remaining, or less than approximately 30% of the lash set remains, your appointment may be changed to a full set or extended fill based on your technician’s assessment.
48-Hour Lash Repair Policy
The service date is counted as Day 0. Day 1 begins the next calendar day, and Day 2 is the final day to contact us and return to the salon for an approved lash repair. Complimentary repairs must be reported, approved, and completed within this 48-hour / 2-day window. Any request or repair after Day 2 will be charged based on our 1-week fill price or the appropriate fill price based on the number of days since your last visit.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee.
No-Show / No-Call
A 100% no-show / no-call fee will be charged for any missed appointment without notice.
Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your service may be shortened, rescheduled, declined, or charged a $30 late fee, depending on the schedule and service availability.
No-Show / No-Call After 15 Minutes
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling or notifying us before the grace period ends, your appointment may be marked as a No-Show / No-Call and charged the full no-show fee.
Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding balances, including no-show fees, late-cancellation fees, or unpaid charges, must be cleared before future appointments.
Service Quality Reminder
Late arrivals may reduce the fullness or retention of your lash set. Please arrive on time so we can provide the best result possible.
