ELITE LASHES & HEAD SPA
Gift Card Policy
Know where your gift card can be redeemed before you buy or book.
Gift cards sold with our location-specific terms are valid only at the Elite Lashes & Head Spa location selected at purchase. They cannot be redeemed at another Elite location.
1. Choose your location
Stone Oak, Alamo Ranch, and De Zavala operate through separate booking and gift card systems. Please select the location where your recipient intends to receive services before purchasing a new gift card. The issuing location is the location shown on the gift card purchase confirmation.
2. Previously issued gift cards
Gift cards purchased or issued before the location-specific restriction was disclosed will continue to be honored according to their original terms. A new policy does not retroactively change an existing gift card’s redemption rights. Our team may check the code and original purchase details to determine the applicable terms.
3. Verify before booking
If you plan to pay with a gift card, please tell our team when booking and provide its code and issuing location for verification. Booking an appointment at a different location does not guarantee acceptance of a location-specific gift card. If a location mismatch is discovered only after a service is completed, management may consider an individual courtesy accommodation; approval is not guaranteed and does not change the card’s terms.
4. Appointments and payments
A gift card is a payment method and does not waive applicable appointment confirmation, late-arrival, cancellation, or no-show policies. A valid payment method may still be required to secure a reservation. Gift cards are not additional promotional discounts and do not create a right to stack discounts, memberships, or packages.
5. Sales, balances, and applicable law
Gift card purchases are final and generally non-refundable, except where required by law or the terms disclosed at sale. Unused balances and any applicable expiration, fee, or redemption rights are governed by the original card terms and applicable federal and Texas law. This policy does not override any rights provided by law.
Please contact the location where it was purchased before booking. Have your gift card code or purchase receipt available. Do not share payment card details by email or social media.
